We have fine cheeses, deli crackers and sausages, along with jams and sauces for snacks. This year, we will have a food vendor on-hand for some of the concerts, check the listings. You are very welcomed to bring your own picnic baskets. Please note that per TABC, it is illegal for you to bring alcohol onto the property. Concerts start at 6:00pm. Cover Charge is typically $10.
June 16: LevelOne Band
This Father’s Day we have selected a very special performance by LevelOne band. This is another new band for our stage! LevelOne delivers a powerful performance in the style of vintage Aretha Franklin, Motown, Soul, Disco, Classic Rock, Jazz and Pop that has kept them in constant demand with Houston's hottest venues and festivals across the country. This is a full six piece band with two women lead singers that will blow you away! We will recognize all the dada and have a gift for the man that has been a dad the shortest time and a gift for the man that has been a dad for the longest time. Check the band out at leveloneband.com.
June 23: The Sugarland Brass Company
This is a Varity Band consisting of sharp dressed men that will bring you back to the days of yesteryear when the Cotton Club, Peppermint Lounge & The Great Apollo Theater were the hot spots. The three piece horn section will be ringin’to the sweet sounds of Louis Armstrong, Van Morrison, Bobby “Blue Bland”, Ray Charles and The Temptations. Check them out at www.thesugarlandbrasscompany.com.
June 30: Voyces
Voyces Jerri and I found this group playing on the deck in Wimberley. We were walking around town and heard live Beach Boy music and just had to find the source. If you love the 60’s California sound, including Beach Boy music and harmonies, you will love this acoustic group from Austin.
July 7: Pee Wee Bowen and The Amen Chorus
This will be our Fourth Of July celebration filled with patriotic music by Pee Wee and a special sunset presentation by the Amen Chorus from Bentwater! Pee Wee Bowen, a one-of-a-kind show!! The Pee Wee Bowen band has been delighting and exhilarating crowds for years keeping alive the original songs that brought about Rock-n-roll! This eight piece band plays all over the country. This is a real show that you will be talking about all year! Pee Wee has been on stage with Jimmy Reed, Chuck Berry, Cookie & The Cupcakes, Junior Parker, Roy Orbison and is probably the very best Otis Redding singer alive. Pee Wee is a hot rod and classic car enthusiast! Check them out at www.peeweebowenband.com.
