Have your Special Event at Bernhardt Winery
All of our specialty events packages include our beautiful setting for an intimate gathering at our Tuscany styled winery on our lushly landscaped twelve-acre grounds and vineyard. Your event can be conducted outside in our beautifully landscaped event center overlooking rolling hills and valleys and shaded by century old native Pecan trees or inside our winery surrounded by barrels and wine tanks lavishly decorated with flowers and plants creating a very unique setting or a combination of both.
Our Special Event Package Includes:
- Exclusive rental of the winery events room and lawn areas
- Wine attendant and wait staff
- Seasonal decorations inside and outside
- Drink service including soft drinks, tea, coffee, & water
- Complementary sunset toast (if appropriate)
- Set up of lawn tables, table linens, fine dining table setting, table center pieces, gift tables
Also included is a one hour decoration time prior to event if needed. This package is for a three hour event for up to 48 people. (An appropriate per person fee will be added for additional people) Our event coordinator will be available to assist throughout the event.
