This deep Cabernet Sauvignon is a complex wine derived from aging in both French and American oak cask. It has a smoky nose from aging in new American oak, releasing intense plum, blackberry and black current fruit character with complex exotic spice. It was then aged in French oak integrating tannins with exquisite velvety textures creating a fine wine that we hope will release the tong and let the stories flow.
