Estate Blanc Du Bois
A taste of home! Its bellowing aromas of honey, fruit and flowers fill the glass beckoning you to indulge! This is a lightly dry wine made from grapes grown in our vineyard. This is the first commercially produced wine ever made in Grimes County! Award winner 2010
Pinot Grigio
This is a very tropical crisp, fresh and spicy wine. Overtones of citrus, banana with hints of grape fruit, pineapple, pear and melon leaving a spicy palate impression. We are proud to announce that the 2008 vintage won a Third Place Bronze Medal at the International San Francisco Wine Competition competing against 3900 wines from 28 different countries! Pinnelli
Pinnelli is s first cousin to the Pinot listed above. It is a proprietary blend of our Pinot Grigio and Muscat Canelli. The Muscat Canelli adds hints of pair and aromas of ginger spice and flowers to create a luscious soft wine. Served chilled, it is a delightful companion to cheeses, chicken, fish, salads and any evening needing a friend. Award Winner 2011
Schrock
This wine is lovingly named after my wife and carries her maiden name. Youthfully fresh, wonderfully aromatic offering watermelon, strawberry, honey suckle, and kiwi on the nose. It’s sweet and refreshing. Award Winner 2009
Chardonnay
This wine is full of surprises! Served cold, it is crisp on the tongue and full of fresh fruit like Granny Smith apples and apricot. Served at 65degrees, it transforms into a velvet palette impression finishing with vanilla, and butter aromas with a hint of golden honey.
Aggie Blush
A fun wine from the moment you open it! Its bellowing aromas of fruit and flowers fill the glass beckoning you to indulge! This is another Bernhardt original carefully crafted from our favorite red and white wines.
Merlot
This dark Merlot has an enticing spicy, peppery nose with hints of current and dark cherries. On the pallet, the spicy gives way to a soft smooth caramel flavors with a soft dark plum finish.
Cabernet Sauvignon
This deep Cabernet Sauvignon is a complex wine derived from aging in both French and American oak cask. It has a smoky nose from aging in new American oak, releasing intense plum, blackberry and black current fruit character with complex exotic spice. It was then aged in French oak integrating tannins with exquisite velvety textures creating a fine wine that we hope will release the tong and let the stories flow. This intense, complex wine exhibits a black color in the core of the glass, as well as layers or purples hues toward the perimeter. Award Winner 2011
Valentine
This fruity blend has an enticing soft nose of sweet cherry with hints of strawberry and citrus. This unusual red wine is beautiful in the glass and creates a wonderfully romantic presentation.
Crimson
This wine has all the wonderful components of a full bodied red however, it comes in a nice soft style. Enjoy the richness of a nice smoked cabernet blended with merlot. This wine has a nice smooth soft initial palette impression then a full midpalette with fruit and finishes with a gentle dryness. Award Winner 2011
Port Reserve
This deep dark rich port started with an extra fine wine and has been aged longer creating intense complex flavors. The taste begins with heaviness on the palate with hot spiciness quickly giving way to complex fruit flavors with an extended warming finish. This wine displays an opulent nose of ripe plum, dark berries, and black cherry. A dense, deep indigo color with a mouth that is full with firm, but not overbearing acidity and a long, gentle finish. This is another original carefully crafted for two years. Award Winner 2006
Tawny Port Reserve
Our Tawny began with the fermentation of 2005 Cabernet grapes and barreled aged for two years before racking, blending and brandy fortification. The wine was then sealed for three more years in a special barrel. This rich chocolate colored Tawny is smooth and loaded with toffee and soft nuts with lasting warmth. Award Winner 2011
Vin du Soleil
This is our very first Sherry, three years in the making and was awarded a silver medal in the prestigious San Francisco International Wine Competition. The nose opens with the aromas of seared butter and fruity apricot. The palate is greeted with the gentleness of barrel aged brandy enhanced with toasted caramel. It finishes with summer's lingering warmth. Award winner 2011
