Lawn Concert FAQ

Bernhardt Winery is located at 9043 County Rd 204, Plantersville, TX 77363, just a pleasant country drive northwest of Houston.

The entry gate for concerts open an hour and a half before the published start time. Please see the specific event post for more details about the concert you plan to attend.

Music begins promptly at the posted start time on each specific event. Concert start times vary each month to favor our sunset toast timing, so please see your specific concert date for a start time.

Yes! We are completely family friendly. All children 16 and under receive free admission to all concerts.

Yes, guests receive a wristband at the entry gate that allows them to go on and off the property.

Small tables are closest to the stage and large tables are placed behind them. General lawn seating takes up the majority of the concert area- there are areas to set up close to the stage and behind reserved table seating. All general lawn seating is available first-come-first-serve.

Cash and card are both accepted at all payment stations at the winery.

Wine Club members receive 10% off lawn concert September 5 through December 15, 2024 for online advance reservations only. Not valid for ticket and table purchases at the gate. Members are to check their email inbox for more details and discount instructions.

The only alcoholic beverage options we offer are wine or wine-based frozen drinks, ‘Wine-a-Ritas.’ Bottled sodas, teas, waters, and more are available for purchase.

Our kitchen serves charcuterie boards and charcuterie sliders handmade from fresh ingredients. For Lawn Concerts, we will have at least one food truck or more that offers a variety of snacks and meals.

We have a beautiful and large outdoor area and welcome guests to find a spot to smoke anywhere out of the way of other guests. We suggest the area next to our pond that overlooks the winery grounds and neighboring hills.

Lost items turned-in or found by our staff are kept safe in our safe. Call or visit during our business hours for lost and found requests.

Yes. If there is a chance of rain that directly affects the winery grounds, the concert will be held in our NEW covered outdoor events pavilion.

All online ticket and table reservation purchases are rain-or-shine and non-refundable. If inclement weather directly affects the winery grounds, the concert will be hosted in our new outdoor covered events pavilion. In exception to weather situations that is dangerous to our guests, the concert will be held. If the concert is canceled due to dangerous weather conditions, ticket holders will have the option to transfer their reservation to another concert or receive a refund.  All weather-related concert announcements will be emailed to ticket holders and announcements will be made on our website and social media pages.

If you have any issues receiving your transfer or refund, call us at 936-894-9829 and we will be happy to make sure you receive it.

All Lawn Concert ticket sales are final- no refunds or exchanges. We will only issue refunds or offer a transfer to another concert if an event is canceled by Bernhardt Winery. Please be aware of this before making your reservation with us.

We are completely pet-friendly, we just ask that they remain on a leash while here.

Alcohol - No. Outside alcohol is not allowed on the premises due to TABC law. This includes Bernhardt Winery wines purchased at an earlier date and brought back to the winery or non-alcoholic beverages resembling a beer bottle. Coolers and bags will be checked upon entry into the event and any alcoholic beverages will be confiscated.

Food & Drink - Yes! Any outside non-alcoholic beverages are welcomed. We’ll have our kitchen open and food trucks on site, but outside food is allowed as well. Coolers & bags will be checked upon entry into the event and any alcoholic beverages will be confiscated.

Lawn Chairs - Yes! This is the most common practice for general lawn seating ticket-holders. High-back lawn chairs and umbrella coverings are required to sit behind all groups as to not block the view of other guests.

Tables/Trays - Maybe! Tables smaller than 12"x24" (TV tray table) are allowed. Anything larger will be asked to be taken back to you vehicle.

Tickets for Lawn Concerts can be purchased on our website until the day of the concert. Please see the event page for the concert you plan to attend for an exact cut-off time for advanced purchases. At the gate, tickets will be available at a limited supply for an additional $5 per seat.

• General Admission Lawn Ticket: Admission for one guest, must bring own lawn chairs
• Small Table: Includes admission ticket and table seating up to 4 guests
• Patio Table: Includes admission ticket and table seating up to 4 guests, table located under covered patio furthest location from stage
• Large Table: Includes admission ticket and table seating up to 4 guests
• NEW! Open Reserve Table Seating: Ticket purchase includes admission tickets & table seating for 2 guests. Seating is assigned in order of purchase. Parties will be seated together if purchased under the same name OR must indicate in notes section at checkout.

All tables come with chairs and include admission to the concert. All lawn chair reservation holders must bring their own chairs or picnic blankets. General lawn seating and table reservations are limited and once sold out, there is no longer availability to attend concerts.

Tables are seated in order of purchase with our wine club members getting priority seating. Only requests for special needs accessibility or larger groups are accommodated to the best of our ability. We ask that you leave clear details on any needs in the notes section at checkout.

Ticketing

We will try our best to seat large groups together. We ask that larger groups purchase large tables (each one seats 8). Large and small tables are NOT able to be assigned together.

You do not all have to check in at once, additional guests may check in with the reservation holder’s first and last name.

We are a small venue and check-in concert guests under the last name on their reservation at the gate. We suggest bringing a screen-shot or print-out of your confirmation email just in case we have an error on our end with your reservation, but it is not required for entry.

The first thing we suggest is that you check that the confirmation did not get filtered to your spam folder. If the email is still not able to be located, call us at 936-894-9829 x102 during our business hours and one of our staff members can help you get a confirmation of your purchase.

Once a concert is labeled ‘sold out’ on our website it means we have reached our capacity for the event in the case of rain. Additional general admission lawn tickets will be opened up near the concert date if it is confirmed the concert can be hosted on the open-air lawn and not in the covered events pavilion.
